Always an adventure when I get into these trucks. All the windshields are cracked usually, and then this surprise today.
I’ll drive it into the city today, but it’ll need to be fixed ASAP!!
The good news is that they are all rental trucks and that includes roadside assistance. So if it does go flat I’ll call and wait to have it fixed. I did make it into work.

How does that even happen? Oof.

Could be worse, a “professional driver” could’ve done this:
I say that since you need a CDL to drive a hazmat 18 wheeler. I was walking around location and spotted and was like what the hell.

Curb it while reversing, wheel weight fillets the tire. My best and only guess.

yikes! I would refuse to drive it until it was fixed.

It’s impressive. I’ve seen some pretty messed up tires but that’s such a clean cut!

That would have to be a hard hit to bend the steel wheel like that.

A chemical truck for an oilfield service company, so no. It was a third party driver though.

All I have is what’s left of my coffee from this morning.

caffeine is a drug. and you’re an addict. best to stash a little away in that secret tyre compartment before the gubment makes it illegal!

Meh, a little gorilla glue and that tire is as good as new!

One out of the last 4 rental trucks I have used had no known safety issues.
